Rachel

Rachel joined Aspen Peak Cellars as Winemaker in July 2025, bringing nearly a decade of experience crafting site-driven wines across diverse and world-renowned regions. Since beginning her winemaking career in 2016, she has worked harvests in New Zealand, Napa Valley, and throughout California’s Central Coast, where she spent the majority of her career refining her approach to precision winemaking and thoughtful cellar practices.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Wine and Viticulture from Cal Poly SLO, where she built a strong technical foundation in fermentation science, vineyard management, chemistry, and sensory evaluation.

At the heart of her work is a belief that wine should be accessible and approachable to everyone—whether someone is discovering their first glass or deepening a lifelong passion.
