Alyssa
Alyssa was born and raised in the Chicagoland area, where diverse food and nature inspired her love for the kitchen at a very young age. She has been in the restaurant industry for almost fifteen years, working in front of house and back, with majority of her experience in fine dining country clubs. She opened her own boutique wine bar, UnWined, with small plates and unique wine tastings from 2015-2019. Shortly there after she moved to Colorado where she managed Bailey’s Riverbend kitchen throughout the pandemic and consecutively opened up a food truck in Grant. She eventually found her happy place at Aspen Peak, where the owners and staff share the same sentiment for great wine, exceptional food, superb service, and mushroom hunting. She loves the outdoors and if she is not in the kitchen you can always find her fishing or foraging in the mountains.
