The Winery in Bailey
Located along US Hwy 285 and the Platte River
in The Rustic Square next the The Rustic Station Restaurant
Stop in for a Tour of the Winery and sample our award winning wines at our beautiful new tasting room. Whether you enjoy a glass of our vino on site or a bottle along with your picnic down by the Platte River, we promise you a relaxing time in Bailey. At our Micro-Winery we produce small batches of wine and our selection changes frequently. So check back often for updates or sign up to our newsletter for monthly winery happenings. We offer 5% discount on 6-packs and 10% on cases (mix and match). We currently only ship in the State of Colorado. Our Wine Club is the perfect way to learn more about our fun establishment. Our Conifer Red is a Super-Tuscan style blend of 80% Sangiovese and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. Bright red fruit and balanced with soft tannins and oak flavors build this everyday red wine, especially great with Pizza, Pasta, Italian meats and cheeses.

The Bailey Barberian is a 100% Barbera, a grape variety that has been originated in the northern Italian province of Piedmont. Our California version brings plenty of dark fruit and hints of leather along with oak and rounded tannins. A fun pairing for Risottos, Pastas, veal and braised meats.

Our first Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon quickly established itself as a favorite for many of our customers. Cherry and berries as well as vanilla from French oak aging. A soft mouthfeel with rounded tanins and a long finish make this red a great pairing with many dishes.

The 285 Fusion is our winemaker's blend of five grapes. The berries and tannins from the Cabernet and Merlot, spice from the Syrah, Zinfandel and Petite Verdot make up this well balanced full bodied red, a great pairing with any red meats or just enjoy a bottle by itself.

Our Zinfandel is a new world style deep colored red, with a fair amount of tannins, dark fruit and spice from our new American oak barrels. the finish is long and features flavors of coffee and chocolate. This full bodied red pairs great with any red meats and wild game.
